These terms govern your use of the Gild website and platform, operated by WealthSpace Ltd (Company No. 15396707). By accessing or using Gild, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Gild provides a document generation platform for FCA-authorised financial advice firms. The platform connects to your existing data systems and produces suitability reports and related documentation based on the data you provide.
Gild is a tool to assist in document production. It does not provide financial advice. The content, accuracy, and suitability of each report remains the responsibility of the authorised firm and the advising individual.
Access to Gild is provided on a subscription basis. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront or quarterly as agreed and run for a 12-month term.
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 60 days' notice before your next renewal date.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data provided to Gild and for reviewing all generated documents before sending them to clients. You must ensure that any advice documented through Gild is suitable and compliant with FCA requirements.
You must not share your login credentials or allow unauthorised individuals to access your account.
The Gild platform, including its design, code, and document generation engine, is the intellectual property of WealthSpace Ltd. Documents generated through Gild are owned by your firm.
Gild is provided as a document generation tool. We do not accept liability for the suitability of advice documented through the platform, nor for losses arising from reliance on generated content without appropriate professional review.
Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Gild service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Either party may terminate a monthly subscription with 30 days' notice. Annual subscriptions run for the full term. On termination, your access to the platform will cease and all stored data will be deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
